On Friday 8th February, the school held a Charity Quiz for all Year 7 students in aid of this year's school charity St John's Hospice.
Mr Adamson and Mr Cooper were quiz masters for the afternoon, and the boys manged to raise over £100 towards helping progressive-illness sufferers and their families to make life as comfortable as possible.
The eventual winners and Year 7 quiz champions 2008 were; Jonathan Wilkinson, Will Kelly, Keiron Ivers, Daniel Whittaker, Sam Scott and Nathan Thompson.
