Maths (KS5):
Aims:
1) To consolidate and extend previous mathematical experiences at GCSE or Additional level.
2) To provide applications of Maths in a wide variety of contexts.
In order to pursue the above aims, the Maths Department provides several types of courses designed for the different needs of our students.
The scheme followed is the London (EDEXCEL) Modular Mathematics A Level :

Each Module studied is examined separately, and awards at AS and A- level are determined by a total points score.
The A Level Maths options are explained in more detail on page 20 of our Sixth Form Prospectus
