School News & FeaturesPrimary Enterprise Challenge 2009Posted on: 01.12.2009 Throughout Enterprise Week (16th-20th November) over 400 pupils from 8 Wirral Primary Schools competed to make a life-size model using only recyclable materials. The pupils worked in teams, and had to give each team member a specific role. The models needed to be eye-catching, have an appropriate name and possess special recycling powers or skills. The children were awarded marks for teamwork, innovation, creativity and enterprise, and each school had to choose a winning team by the end of the week. In January the 8 winning teams will visit the school to present their ideas (and models!) to a panel of judges, and the winners will have their character turned into a cool cartoon character by Outhouse Design, a local design company who have helped us to organise this years challenge.
