School News & Features'Lower Sixth Students Visit Cambridge University'Posted on: 24.03.2010 A group of Year 12 students attended a two day visit to Cambridge University in March. On the first day, visits were arranged to Trinity Hall College, Downing College, Corpus Christi College and Sidney Sussex College. The group stayed over night at Selwyn College. The two day programme allowed students to visit any college that they wished as well as the University departments. In recent years significant numbers of students have gained places at Cambridge and we hope that this pattern will continue in the future. The students found the visit very useful and returned to Wirral with prospectuses and department information ready to begin the application process later this year. Mr D Hazeldine. |
