Sports & Activities

The school is proud of its excellent reputation for success in competitive sport which has been gained over many years.

A wide variety of competitive games are on offer to the boys. We have an extensive fixture list and, during the Autumn and Spring terms, there are fixtures virtually every Saturday.

The school also presents the boys with opportunities to visit other countries as part of a sports tour, enjoy outdoor activities in the UK and take part in other visits to places of interest in in the UK and beyond

Cricket

Cricket at the school is our predominant summer sporting activity and is played to an extremely high standard.

We are fortunate to have access to our own well-kept playing fields adjoining the school as well as experienced and well-qualified specialist PE staff.

There is also a strong link with Wirral Cricket Club with which many of the schools pupils, past and present, have been or are associated.
