OVER 90% OF STUDENTS ACHIEVE CHOSEN DESTINATIONS

Head of Sixth Form, Lorna Ahern said, “I am so pleased to see so many students attain superb grades and exceed their individual goals across all subjects. These outcomes reflect not only their hard work, resilience and determination, but also the support they have received from their teachers and families throughout their studies.”

Reflecting on the significance of the results, she added:

“While we are immensely proud of the grades our students have achieved, the greatest success lies in the opportunities these results will now unlock. Whether progressing to university, higher-level apprenticeships or employment, our students leave us exceptionally well prepared for the next stage of their academic and professional journeys.”

Many students will now move on to prestigious universities across the UK and beyond, while others have secured sought-after apprenticeship opportunities and employment in a variety of sectors. Destinations include the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford, The Royal Northern College of Music, as well as degree apprenticeships at companies such as Deloitte, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Siemens, Airbus and the RAF.

Headteacher Simon Ascroft congratulated students on their achievements, commenting:

“These outcomes are the result of the dedication and ambition shown by our students, supported every step of the way by our committed staff and the encouragement of their families.
