Dear friends, we are delighted to announce a very special event hosted by our Performance and Creative Faculty — the ‘Ensemble’ Exhibition and Alumni Open House — an evening that promises to be a vibrant celebration of pupil creativity, talent, and community.
The ‘Ensemble’ Exhibition will showcase a stunning collection of GCSE and A Level work produced by our incredibly hardworking students in Art and Design Technology. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience first-hand the remarkable creativity and technical skill our pupils demonstrate each year — a standard that our school has become regionally recognised for.
Alongside the exhibition, our Food and Nutrition pupils will be preparing refreshments and showcasing their culinary talents, complemented by our A-Level Music students throughout the evening, bringing the entire faculty to life under one roof.
Running in tandem with the exhibition, we are also proud to host our Alumni Open House — a chance for former students to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate their time at Wirral Grammar School for Boys. It will be a relaxed and welcoming space for past classmates to meet, socialise, and reflect on their shared experiences as part of our school community.
This event is not just a showcase — it is a celebration of the value of arts education and the impactful contribution our pupils make to the culture and ethos of the school. We hope that the evening will highlight the importance of continued support for creative subjects and provide a memorable occasion to honour the outstanding achievements of both our current students and our alumni.
We would be thrilled to see you there and hope you will join us in what promises to be a meaningful and inspiring evening of connection, creativity and celebration.
